Brandon resides in Costa Mesa with his daughter and is a current vintage BMW motorcycle reconditioning and restoration artist. In his spare time loves to play the guitar, recharge at the beach, or take his motorcycles out for a ride along the coast.

Rebecca A Brown joined The Brand Haus Inc team over two years ago after working as a hospitality executive for the last 15 years. She is Southern California native who managed her own rental property for 6 years and enjoys remodeling rental properties.
Rebecca is a military spouse to her husband Douglas of 23 years and has three wonderful children.

Sheila Malekzadeh brings over two decades of experience in hospitality and real estate development to The Brand Haus Inc team. With a wealth of expertise in eCommerce, marketing, branding, PR, and more, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that The Brand Haus Inc properties are effectively listed and showcased. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sheila is deeply passionate about health and nutrition, dedicating her spare time to serving as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coach.

URSULA VAUGHN MUNGAI
MINI ASSISTANT
Ursula started going to property inspections and showings with her dad at the age of 6. Her very first duties included greeting prospective tenants and making sure the property was presentable for showings. Now she responds back to text and emails for her dad while he's driving and takes care of the office plants. She is currently a sixth grader in Huntington Beach and loves her two cats.
